The ISSI 2025 Conference offers a global platform for scientists, research managers, policymakers, and information professionals to engage in discussions on the latest developments in informetric and scientometric theories and their practical applications. Alongside its traditional evaluative focus, the conference will explore the broader impact of these metrics in fields such as library and information science, data mining, information retrieval, and the history and philosophy of science.

Organized by the Centre for Scientific Analysis and Monitoring (CSIAM), part of the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, and hosted by Yerevan State University (YSU) under the auspices of the International Society for Informetrics and Scientometrics (ISSI), the conference will be conducted in English.
