ISSI 2025 Call for Papers
The Organizing Committee invites scholars and researchers to submit their contributions to the 20th International Society of Scientometrics and Informetrics Conference (ISSI 2023), taking place in Yerevan, Armenia, from June 23-27, 2025.
ISSI 2025 will offer a forum for scientists, research managers, administrators, and information professionals, who will engage in discussions about advancements in scientometric and informetric theory and applications, while also exploring the complexities of scholarly communication and science policies and the role of technologies in modern knowledge-based societies.
This conference promises vibrant discussions, networking opportunities, and a sense of community among participants. It is organized by the Center for Scientific Analysis and Information, part of the Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, and hosted by Yerevan State University (YSU) under the auspices of the International Society for Informetrics and Scientometrics (ISSI).

Authors submitting full or research-in-progress papers should use the designated Word template for full and research-in-progress papers, which includes detailed formatting guidelines. Separate templates for posters, workshops, doctoral forums, and tutorials are also available here.
ISSI 2025 Special Track: Framework for the Responsible use of Assessments and Metrics in Evaluation (FRAME)
Authors are invited to submit their papers to the special track on Framework for the Responsible use of Assessments and Metrics in Evaluation (FRAME) at ISSI 2025. To submit an oral contribution to this special track, please include “FRAME” in the “Remarks on This Contribution” field within the conference submission system (Conftool).

ISSI 2025 Special Track: Open Research Information (ORI)
Authors are invited to submit their papers to the special track on Open Research Information (ORI) at ISSI 2025. To submit an oral contribution to this special track, please include “ORI” in the “Remarks on This Contribution” field within the conference submission system (Conftool).
The special track focuses on topics outlined in the Scientometrics Special Issue “ORI-2024.” For more details, visit: ORI-2024 Special Issue.
